Theatrical gels

Theatrical gels are thin almost clear pieces of plastic, normally with color. Theatrical gels are used to bring color to a puppet in a shadow puppet show. In the Lonley Robot, we used theatrical gels to bring color for our puppett show. In one of the scenes we had a christmas tree. For ornaments, we used the gels as color for ornaments. When it was behind the shadows, it looked great! Roscolux is a very popular theatrical gel company.

    The theatrical gels urned out GREAT. The colors really showed through the screen.

    Even though sometimes you held the puppets far back from the screen, you could still the the colors. it was really awesome at the end
